The proven Graco Endurance Pump will spray a wide range of coatings and is built to last. The long HD pump witha large ball check and passages make it ideal for pumping the heaviest materials. These pumps feature long life V-Max Blue Packings, a Chromex Rod and hardened stainless steel cylinder. The 500G pump is able to support between a one and four gun operation.

The IronMan 500G has a Heavy Duty 200 CC Honda Engine and features increased horsepower compared to other machines, with greater durability and performance.

The New Graco IronMan Airless Paint Sprayer's greatest feature is its durability. The new fully enclosed cart design surrounds and protects the sprayers critical components from debris and other damage. Also featured are the Flat-Proof tires, which is able to keep nails, screws, and other sharp blades from flattening the tires, and also includes a crush proof inlet screen.

Like the rest of the current Graco Contractor Series sprayers the IronMan 500G has an Easy Out Pump Filter which filters from the inside out so it wont collapse or get stuck when removed. Also, the filter comes out with the cap for less mess to help ease cleaning. Replacement filters are available in several mesh sizes to help fine tune your sprayer to the material you are spraying.
