All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Any open parts packages maybe subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If the return is in the same condition you receive it in we will refund your full purchase price less any shipping cost. If your purchase included free shipping your refund will still be deducted the original shipping cost. An RGA (return goods authorization) number must be obtained from C.J. Spray prior to returning merchandise. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and every effort will be made to ensure you enjoy your experience.
If you are dissatisfied with your sprayer simply return it within 30 days. We will exchange it for an identical sprayer, or you can trade up to a larger sprayer at an extra cost.
