We guarantee to have the lowest price around.
If you find a lower price we'll match it.
- We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at CJ Spray / CJSpray.com from select online competitors. Price matches may be requested at time of purchase or within 7 days after purchase and must meet minimum advertised pricing (MAP) guidelines.
- If you find a current lower price within 7 days after purchase, just bring in the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. For both store and online CJSpray.com purchases, call customer service at 1-888-257-7729 or visit our Eagan, MN store for price match assistance.
Guidelines and limitations:
- The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. If CJ Spray is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
- The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match for online competitors.
- Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
- Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.
- No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at CJ Spray or CJSpray.com to match a competitor's price.
- We reserve the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches.
Exclusions:
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
- Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon offers), coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
- “Marketplace” prices from third party sellers.
FAQs
What qualifies as proof of a price when requesting a price match?
- Local printed ads: Present the entire printed advertisement. Photos or photocopies of the ad cannot be accepted as verification of a competitor's printed ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted.
- Online prices: Present the price on your mobile device from a qualifying competitor's website or CJSpray.com. A CJ Spray team member will then verify the match using a CJ Spray device. Screenshots or pictures cannot be accepted.
Does an item have to be in stock to receive a price match?
Competitor online items must be in stock at the time a price match is requested. Items do not need to be in stock on CJSpray.com in order to request a price match. Guests who visit CJ Spray due to out of stock issues on CJSpray.com may request a price adjustment when applicable. Rain checks are not given for price match requests if items are out of stock at the CJ Spray store and CJSpray.com.
What should I do if I find a pricing error on CJSpray.com?
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on the site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may experience lags in uploading updates throughout the site and in our advertising on other sites.
