System Administrator
The System Administrator is responsible for but is not limited to the configuration, operation, performance, and maintenance of the Epicor ERP system, PIM system, and integrations with Magento website.
- Acts as the subject matter expert on the ERP and PIM systems
- Knowledge of SQL is necessary
- Generate SQL queries using Azure data Studio
- Write business rules and operations in database
- Use PIM interface to maintain data across multiple systems including ERP and eCommerce
- Define, document, and maintain processes and structures for Product Information Management (PIM) data enrichment
- Standardize product attributes and categorizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP Hardware, software, user access, and other issues
- Coordinate new software releases, fixes, and upgrades
- Challenge existing product data management solutions and make strategic decisions to improve

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with IT, business, computer science or technical focus, related educational experience, or related professional experience
- 3+ years’ experience in system administration of ERP system or product management system (PIM)
- Experience with Excel, Access, and SQL Query Tools Required
- Experience in Enterprise ERP Solutions Required (Epicor Prophet 21 ERP preferred)
- Experience in Product Information Management system (Enterworks Enable preferred)
