  CJ Spray offers a traditional PPO medical plan and two HSA qualified high deductible health plans. We also offer a dental and a vision plan and company sponsored Life Insurance.

  If enrolled in the HSA qualified high deductible health plan, you have the opportunity to contribute pre-tax dollars to an HSA bank account, which allows you to save money to pay for eligible health care expenses.
• Disability Benefits
  We provide company-paid short-term and employee paid long-term disability coverage in the event you become ill or injured and are unable to work.
