What if there is a problem with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call one of our experienced Customer Service Reps at 1-888-CJSPRAY (257-7729). We sell only the best equipment available, and stand behind everything we sell. Buy with confidence - the products we recommend will be the right thing for your application... but if there is a problem, we will be there.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team at 1-888-CJSPRAY (257-7729), and speak with a Tech Support specialist. Or you can simply complete our online support request form, and we'll respond quickly with assistance or provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you.
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Any open parts packages may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If the return is in the same condition you received it, we will refund your full purchase price less any shipping cost. If your purchase included free shipping your refund will still be deducted the original shipping cost. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If there is a problem with your goods we will refer you to the nearest service center to help get you back up and running. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and every effort will be made to ensure you enjoy your experience.
