What if there is a problem with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call one of our experienced Customer Service Reps at 1-888-CJSPRAY (257-7729). We sell only the best equipment available, and stand behind everything we sell. Buy with confidence - the products we recommend will be the right thing for your application... but if there is a problem, we will be there.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you believe you've received a defective product, contact our support team at 1-888-CJSPRAY (257-7729), and speak with a Tech Support specialist. Or you can simply complete our online support request form, and we'll respond quickly with assistance or provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. If we determine the unit failed under warranty within 30 days of purchase, we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace the unit for you.
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Any open parts packages may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If the return is in the same condition you received it, we will refund your full purchase price less any shipping cost. If your purchase included free shipping your refund will still be deducted the original shipping cost. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If there is a problem with your goods we will refer you to the nearest service center to help get you back up and running. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and every effort will be made to ensure you enjoy your experience. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - Please Read Carefully
You must contact us to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning merchandise. Please call 1-888-CJSPRAY (1-888-257-7729) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note our business hours are 8am-5pm CST Mon-Fri.
Ship the product(s) back to us. All returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase/invoice. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and invoice. Please allow 14-21 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made. We highly recommend using UPS for shipping returns and to track and insure your merchandise to insure proper handling and care. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees on applicable merchandise. CJ Spray is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you are dissatisfied with your sprayer simply return it within 30 days. You may also exchange it for an identical sprayer, or you can trade up to a larger sprayer at an additional cost.
